Acceptance Suitcase Loaner Program
Through a generous contribution from the Memorial Foundation for Children and Mr. Morton Thalheimer in memory of his cousin Lisa Thalheimer the Virginia Holocaust Museum offers the Acceptance Suitcase Book Loaner Program. Available to classroom teachers at no charge, the Acceptance Suitcases provide classroom sets of books which focus on the history of the Holocaust, Genocide and Civil Rights. Books available to reserve include:

Holocaust Survivors
Hearing a Holocaust survivor share their experiences is an invaluable opportunity. We are fortunate in Richmond to have a community of Holocaust survivors that are willing to share their stories to educate about the dangers of intolerance as well as looking to inspire with their message of survival and hope.
Museum Staff
Several members of the Virginia Holocaust Museum staff are trained historians and educators that are able to speak to your students, community group or organization on a wide range of Holocaust and genocide related topics.
There is no cost to bring a speaker to your school, organization or community group. The Museum does welcome donations
