Young Writers' Diaries of the Holocaust

Attention Teachers!
Join the VHM for a one day workshop focused on “Salvaged Pages: Young Writer’s Diaries of the Holocaust,” led by author Alexandra Zapruder. The workshop will focus on using the text and young people’s diaries to teach the Holocaust and also provide you with classroom resources and ideas for lesson plans.
Due to overwhelming demand we have added an additional date - Tuesday, October 18th. Monday the 17th is already full, and Tuesday is filling up fast!

First Session: Monday October 17th - FULL

Time: 9am–3pm

This workshop is free and includes lunch. Each participant will be given the newest edition of the Salvaged Pages: Young Writer’s Diaries of the Holocaust, and the companion DVD documentary. A certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants at the conclusion of the workshop.
