Biographical Note
Eli Rosenbaum is the Director of Human Rights Enforcement Strategy and Policy for the Department of Justice, formerly known as the Office of Special Investigations. In his position with the DOJ, Rosenbaum has been involved in trying over 100 alleged Nazi war criminals in the United States.

Scope and Content
